Had to have a bay window replaced. Service over the phone was very good. Two workers (Eric and Joe) came out to replace the window. They were very prompt and efficient in completing the job in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

We broke a living room window and Darren from Michael’s Glass came out to give us an estimate. He was nice and very professional and the job he offered to do was more thorough and less expensive than other companies we got estimates from. Dave just came to install the glass and did a great job. They are all professional and pleasant to work with and the window looks great. I am totally satisfied with Michael’s Glass and highly recommend them. Now at least I have one totally clean window!

We ordered a table and the glass did not fit in the metal frame like it was supposed to. We brought it to Michael’s Glass Company and everyone was super helpful and incredibly nice! Michael’s Glass Co. came to give me an estimate for my new shower enclosure. They were on time for the estimate, they were on time for the install and called a half hour before they arrived. The shower looks great! Both estimator and installers were polite and professional. They weren’t the cheapest out of all of the estimates i got but they also weren’t the most expensive. Time is money for me, so glad I used them!

“To cut down on cost I served as my own, first-time GC on our master bathroom remodel. I had some familiarity with most of the trades and was comfortable overseeing the plumbing, contracting, tile and other jobs. But, I had no experience with shower glass. I obtained estimates and measurements from 5 different sources; some wouldn’t take measurements without a deposit – sight unseen. I’m so pleased that I selected Michael’s. Darren took his time with the measurements and explained the process to me and my options. His estimate was reasonable. Next, they scheduled the install and kept me posted with the delivery of my glass. Finally, the installation crew was courteous, efficient and clean. “I foolishly destroyed our custom frameless glass shower door. Darren from Michael’s Glass worked with me on replacing it. He told us about options and why our previous door was an accident waiting to happen (if you are considering frameless, make sure you are able to bolt it to something other than glass!!). He came when he said he would, followed up and kept us informed on the progress of our order and sent two of the nicest installers possible (I’m sorry that I cannot recall their names). When I was worried that it wasn’t perfect, Darren sent his guys back within hours. And called the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Boy am I ever. And lest I forget, the new shower door looks beautiful and is far safer than the old one.”
