Super responsive service.Posted on GoogleKyle Dallaire207 days agoWe used Michael’s for two glass shower panels and glass for new kitchen cabinet doors. They were terrific — quick, competent, reasonably priced. In an extensive renovation with many ups and downs they were definitely an up! Strong recommend.Posted on GoogleAllison Domowitch226 days agoMichael’s did the glass install for our new shower and did an amazing job! Then I recommended him to a friend who had them do 2 showers. I was pleased and so was my friend. They are professional, quick and most importantly, do an excellent job. I recently had two new shower doors supplied and installed by Michael’s Glass Company, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial survey to the final installation, Darren and Clay were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. The quality of the doors themselves is first class, and the installation was flawless—a perfect fit. The team worked efficiently, removing and disposing of the old doors quickly and leaving everything neat and clean. I highly recommend Michael’s Glass Company to anyone in need of shower door replacements. Their workmanship, professionalism, and product quality are outstanding.Posted on GoogleDRSW695 days agoI recently contacted Michael’s Glass Company to get an estimate (#6477) for a tempered glass stall shower door (about 33" x 80") with two square hinges and a handle. They were very professional—showed up right on time for measurements, and I received a detailed estimate quickly via email. The estimator (Darren I think?) was especially helpful. He provided practical advice to help us save money, even suggesting that we could apply Rain-X monthly to make the glass easier to maintain. I didn’t end up hiring them, but their honest and customer-focused approach left a great impression. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality glass work with genuine, helpful service!Posted on GoogleSarah Erthal1035 days agoWhat a great company! I got my step in shower door installed by Michael’s and my entire experience went so smoothly. Their attention to detail is amazing and I’d recommend them to anyone getting their door installed!Posted on YelpWill C.1097 days agoVerified
I needed a glass shower door fixed. Michael's was quick to respond and get someone out to my house to assess the situation. They came back promptly when they had the necessary parts and got the job done. The work was high quality. The gentlemen that came to do the job were courteous and happy to answer questions. The price was fair and they delivered quality work.Posted on YelpBri E.1741 days agoOur shower door cracked so we had Michael's come and pick it up. To no fault of their own, they were having staffing issues due to COVID-19, so our door took about three months to come back. However, the two young men that brought our door back were incredibly pleasant and professional. Our shower door looks amazing and we will definitely be using Michael's Glass again!Posted on YelpDoug R.2022 days agoVerified
I used them to replace a large mirror and few years ago, so when a need presented itself for a product they offer, I called about it. They wanted to charge $25.00 for a 25 1/2 inch plastic sweep for the bottom of my frameless shower door - unbelievable! I ended up getting it from another establishment at a more than reasonable price. I do not recommend Michael's Glass after this experience. They had lost a customer.Posted on YelpJulia P.3169 days agoI had them install new shower door and some jalousie panes. They were great, thorough and nice to deal with. I highly recommend them!Posted on YelpCate W.3205 days agoThis is our second review of Michael's glass because this is the second time we have had them install glass for a shower (we moved). Their work is still excellent! During installation they found a flaw in the glass (not from their own errors) and they offered a replacement piece free of charge and even installed the flawed glass so that we could use the shower in the meantime. They then installed the replacement on time and it looks great!Posted on YelpLulu L.3472 days agoI thinks this is the second review I've written. Michaels installed a shower door for me about 3 years ago. The plastic piece on the bottom of the door wore out and I called them to come out and replace it. The guys were great...and it was no charge. I used Michaels in my old house and used them again. Highly recommend....Posted on YelpHannah F.3528 days agoDarren gave me an estimate for replacing an old shower door, explained options and pros and cons of each. Darren also kindly answered more questions when I placed a followup call about some concerns I had. The price was reasonable compared to that of other shower door providers I shopped. The installers, Clay and Joe, arrived in the timeframe promised, wore protective booties, and were careful when taking materials and supplies from the truck to the bathroom. I had requested covering for the carpet in the bedroom; they provided a drop cloth for the bathroom and the bedroom. When the installation was complete, Joe and Clay discussed it with me, told me about maintenance and care. The work area was left clean. I am looking forward to this new door and will hope that it performs as well as the installers did!Posted on YelpKrzysztof G.3954 days agoThis was a second time I have used this company. They did a custom shower door few months ago and now a custom mirror . They were right on time , the price was competitive , they did a nice clean job. I am in remodeling business and because of their good work I get good reviews from my customers. They will get more work from me in the future. I would highly recommend Michaels Glass company.Posted on YelpKimberly T.5394 days agoI foolishly destroyed our custom frameless glass shower door. Darren from Michael's Glass worked with me on replacing it. He told us about options and why our previous door was an accident waiting to happen (if you are considering frameless, make sure you are able to bolt it to something other than glass!!). He came when he said he would, followed up and kept us informed on the progress of our order and sent two of the nicest installers possible (I'm sorry that I cannot recall their names). When I was worried that it wasn't perfect, Darren sent his guys back within hours. And called the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Boy am I ever. And lest I forget, the new shower door looks beautiful and is far safer than the old one.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
