“I foolishly destroyed our custom frameless glass shower door. Darren from Michael’s Glass worked with me on replacing it. He told us about options and why our previous door was an accident waiting to happen (if you are considering frameless, make sure you are able to bolt it to something other than glass!!). He came when he said he would, followed up and kept us informed on the progress of our order and sent two of the nicest installers possible (I’m sorry that I cannot recall their names). When I was worried that it wasn’t perfect, Darren sent his guys back within hours. And called the next day to make sure I was satisfied. Boy am I ever. And lest I forget, the new shower door looks beautiful and is far safer than the old one.”
